Senior Software Engineer in Test

• 3+ years experience as Developer in Test / Engineer in Test / SDET at mid or senior level.
• Strong coding skills in at least one major programming language (preferred Ruby/Rails, JavaScript, TypeScript).
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools like Playwright (preferred), Cypress, Selenium, or similar.
• Experience testing RESTful APIs with tools like Bruno, Postman, or similar.
• Experience with contract testing frameworks (e.g., Pact).
• Knowledge of CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions and integrating automated tests.
• Experience or eagerness to use AI-assisted testing tools.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for diagnosing flaky tests and complex integrations.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Ownership mindset for delivered solutions.
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional agile collaboration.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test suites including unit, integration, API, end-to-end, regression, and performance tests.
• Build and evolve internal test automation frameworks, libraries, and shared utilities.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines on GitHub Actions.
• Introduce and develop contract testing between services.
• Use production observability tools (Sentry, Grafana, ELK) to inform quality metrics.
• Collaborate with security teams to test sensitive and regulated flows.
• Develop and execute performance, load, and stress tests with k6.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to define test strategies and identify risk areas.
• Analyze test failures and production incidents, implement preventive measures.
• Apply AI-assisted tooling for test generation and exploratory testing.

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie.
