Customer Data Platform (CDP) & SAP Engagement Cloud Specialist

• In-depth expertise in Customer Data Platform (CDP) concepts including identity resolution, golden records, profile unification, and segmentation.
• Hands-on proficiency in configuring data connectors and integration flows with CRM/CX suites.
• Practical understanding of consent management, user preferences, and data privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR).
• Demonstrated experience in at least one full-lifecycle CDP or comparable enterprise customer data platform implementation.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience specifically with SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP) or SAP Emarsys / Engagement Cloud.
• Exposure to other CDP tools such as Salesforce CDP / Data Cloud, Segment, Tealium, Adobe Real-Time CDP.
• German language skills.

• Design and implement unified customer profile concepts including data ingestion, identity resolution, golden record logic, and audience segmentation.
• Configure end-to-end data flows and connectors between SAP CDP / Engagement Cloud and CRM, CX, and marketing systems.
• Manage consent, preference rules, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR.
• Build and execute audience activation strategies across digital engagement channels.
• Troubleshoot data pipeline issues and optimize real-time customer data synchronization.
