CyberSecurity L&M Service Specialist

P&P Solutions is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer / Security Architect to support development of IT security services and solutions in Warsaw onsite for a 220-day project.

• Extensive experience in Cybersecurity, Security Engineering, and Security Architecture
• Strong knowledge of Secure SDLC
• Practical knowledge of Windows and Linux security
• Strong knowledge of network security, segmentation, communication protocols, and traffic analysis
• Experience designing security architecture for corporate environments
• Practical knowledge of offensive and defensive security including penetration testing, red teaming, threat hunting, and incident analysis
• Very good knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and MITRE D3FEND frameworks
• Advanced knowledge of Splunk Enterprise, Splunk ES, Splunk SOAR, and Splunk UBA
• Experience with Cribl Stream
• Experience in ingestion and processing of security data and event correlation
• Ability to automate using scripts, IaC, and CI/CD
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Ability to create technical and architectural documentation
• Ability to prepare business cases, roadmaps, and recommendations for stakeholders
• Must hold a valid PSC CONFIDENTIAL security clearance from project start

• Design and develop security architecture and monitoring
• Integrate security mechanisms within Secure SDLC
• Develop SIEM/SOAR solutions based on the Splunk ecosystem
• Design telemetry, event correlation, and detection mechanisms
• Support threat hunting, incident triage, and detection engineering
• Analyze vulnerabilities, threats, and attack techniques
• Map techniques and defenses according to MITRE ATT&CK and D3FEND
• Automate security processes and create playbooks
• Prepare architectural documentation including HLD, LLD, and technical blueprints
• Create roadmaps and recommendations for cybersecurity development
• Assess vendor solutions and MSSP services
• Collaborate with technical teams, business units, and management

Candidate must have a valid PSC security clearance at the CONFIDENTIAL level effective from the first day of the project.
