Senior AI Agent Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents or agentic applications including academic projects, hackathons, or internships.
• Practical knowledge of AI system design and frameworks.
• Experience implementing multi-agent systems using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or related tools.
• Experience working with large language model APIs such as Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, including prompt engineering and function calling.
• Familiarity with multi-modal AI including generation/processing of images, video, or audio using foundation models.
• Proficiency in Python, with experience developing applications beyond scripts or notebooks.
• Understanding evaluation methodologies for AI systems measuring quality, accuracy, and reliability.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and containerized deployments using Docker.
• Strong curiosity and ability for self-directed learning in rapidly evolving AI tooling.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in product-driven teams.

• Build agentic AI applications using Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), Gemini Agent Platform, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to automate creative content workflows.
• Design and implement multi-modal AI pipelines leveraging Gemini, Imagen, Veo, and other foundation models for image and video creation.
• Develop evaluation frameworks (evals) to measure AI agent performance, output quality, and reliability.
• Create and manage AI agent skills, tool integrations, and prompt configurations within the Agent Platform.
• Implement function calling, tool use, and structured output to enable agents to interact with enterprise APIs, databases, and external services.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and context management systems grounded in brand guidelines and product data.
• Experiment with and prototype new agent architectures including multi-agent collaboration, graph-based workflows, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Instrument agents with structured logging and observability for debugging and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and product stakeholders to translate creative automation needs into agent-powered solutions deployed on GCP Cloud Run.
