Senior Platform Engineer (Go / Python & Infrastructure)

The Technology & Operations team is responsible for the full lifecycle of products and platforms, including architecture design, infrastructure, secure deployment, scaling, and production reliability. They combine software engineering with operational maturity to build modern production environments focusing on performance and AI/ML workloads.

Backend & Programming:

• Proficient in Go for microservices, CLI, Kubernetes operators, and concurrent programming (goroutines, channels).
• Intermediate Python skills for automation scripts and infrastructure support without need for production API design.
• Experience with PostgreSQL (optimization, indexing).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, REST API, GraphQL, and unit/integration testing (e.g., pytest, go test).
• Writing and automating End-to-End tests.

Platform, Cloud & DevOps:

• Practical knowledge of cloud (OVHcloud, Azure) and bare-metal infrastructure.
• Advanced Docker (multi-stage builds), Kubernetes cluster management, Helm, operators, and autoscaling (HPA, KEDA).
• Experience with Istio (routing, traffic management), cert-manager, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and monitoring tools including GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Prometheus, and Grafana.

Nice to have:

• Advanced Kubernetes Operators development in Go (operator-sdk, kubebuilder).
• Broader Python frameworks such as FastAPI/Django and task queues (Celery, NATS, RabbitMQ, Redis).
• GPU and bare-metal setup for NVIDIA cards, including NVIDIA Container Toolkit and GPU scheduling.
• Experience with AI/ML model serving, embeddings, vector databases (pgvector, Qdrant, Pinecone, ChromaDB).
• Knowledge of inference and workflow tools like vLLM, Triton Inference Server, Ollama, Argo Workflows, Kubeflow.
• Basic container and network security tools (Trivy, Falco, eBPF).

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient microservices, CLI tools, and Kubernetes operators in Go with Python support for automation.
• Manage and develop Kubernetes cluster infrastructure in hybrid/cloud environments including OVHcloud, bare-metal, and cloud providers focused on GPU workloads.
• Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows using GitHub Actions and Argo CD.
• Deploy Service Mesh solutions (Istio), manage network routing, security, and automate certificates.
• Build and optimize monitoring and observability systems with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Collaborate on implementing and scaling AI/LLM model serving architectures and asynchronous communication.
