Młodszy Specjalista IT- e-commerce w Paymento

Paymento Financial S.A. is a Polish fintech delivering modern solutions in the e-commerce payments area. In cooperation with ING since 2017, Paymento provides payment gateways for online stores.

• Minimum secondary education.
• Knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, PHP.
• Basic understanding of online payment market and sales platforms.
• Good work organization and independence.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of API testing and handling tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger).
• Basic experience with REST API (sending GET/POST requests, response code interpretation, JSON analysis).
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira).
• Basic knowledge of operating systems: Windows, Linux.
• Understanding of networking and VPN concepts.
• Ability to document processes and technical incidents.

• Technically support client-reported issues (installation of modules in online stores, error handling).
• Resolve and escalate IT incidents and failures.
• Create documentation.
• Support other company departments in executing IT technical tasks.

Work location: Tychy, ul. Browarowa 21, hybrid work mode with 2 days per week in office.
