Full Stack Java Developer

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years industry experience, with at least 7 years as a Full Stack Developer.
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, JDBC, REST and SOAP-based web services.
• Hands-on experience developing enterprise-grade applications and managing production deployments.
• Proficiency in cloud-native development and deploying workloads in cloud environments.
• Strong command of DevOps practices including CI/CD, version control, and release management.
• Experience with SQL/PLSQL and relational database management systems.
• Solid understanding of frontend development principles and experience with modern frontend frameworks or libraries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong foundation in Agile SDLC and related methodologies.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of Corporate Banking and Digital Banking domains.
• Familiarity with omni-channel strategies, mobility solutions, and API-driven architectures.
• Experience with responsive design and modern web development best practices.
• Ability to proactively provide and act on feedback in a collaborative team environment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Drive the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, debugging, deployment, and support for enterprise-level web applications.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, JDBC, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Contribute to frontend development, leveraging modern frameworks or libraries for responsive, user-centric design.
• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions, optimizing workloads for cloud environments.
• Champion DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated release management.
• Ensure database integrity and performance using SQL/PLSQL and relational database management systems.
• Apply Agile methodologies, particularly Spotify Agile, to deliver incremental value.
• Provide clear communication, feedback, and support within the team.
• Perform testing including unit, integration, system, regression, and performance testing to ensure deliverables.
