System Analyst - Junior, Mid & Senior Talent Pool

Transition Technologies PSC is hiring an experienced System Analyst to support future IT projects delivered to clients. The applications will be used to quickly respond to upcoming business needs, and candidates will be contacted only when relevant recruitment processes start.

• Welcoming candidates from Junior to Senior levels, with responsibilities matched to skills and experience.
• Experience in identifying and managing user requirements and preparing system specifications.
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN notations.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architect.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Polish language proficiency at least at C1 level for fluent verbal and written communication.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with large-scale systems.
• Knowledge of SQL and Jira.

• Preparing a detailed system analysis of the service based on business requirements and technical design, including database structure, validations, interfaces, methods, error messages, communication, security, and logging.
• Developing technical specifications for access interfaces for external systems (XSD schemas, validations, rules).
• Describing technical requirements for external systems to use the interfaces.
• Defining service methods, data scope, and minimum parameters for invocation.
• Preparing sample request and response messages for all interfaces.
• Creating IT system requirements specifications.
• Maintaining and updating the repository of analytical documentation.
• Proposing and consulting system solutions with stakeholders and implementation teams.
• Supporting developers and testers throughout software development lifecycle and system maintenance.

Candidates must have Polish language proficiency at least at C1 level enabling fluent verbal and written communication. Personal data processing complies with GDPR rules as stated in the information clause.
