Customer Success Specialist (Cloud ACS)

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role focused on building long-term client relationships
• Practical networking knowledge including IP addressing, DNS, and HTTP/HTTPS
• Hands-on experience with basic technical troubleshooting
• Ability to translate client feedback into clear input for the Product Team
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Clear communication and presentation skills, including explaining technical topics clearly
• Confidence in leading international customer meetings
• Fluency in English (B2+/C1 level)

• Own customer relationships after the sales handover
• Lead discovery and end-to-end onboarding process, from first meeting to implementation coordination
• Build long-term relationships through regular communication, technical consulting, and proactive customer care
• Spot risks, technical issues and ways to improve customer adoption
• Troubleshoot basic technical and networking-related issues
• Drive product innovation by gathering customer feedback
• Support the Presales team in Proof of Concepts coordination
