Wymagania
- Significant experience with Unreal Engine, specifically in areas including Streaming (World Partition System, HLOD, cooking pipeline, FastGeo), Memory system (allocations, GC), Physics (ChaosPhysics), and World building tools (SceneOutliner, LevelInstances).
- Extensive experience with C++.
- Relevant game development experience on a AAA title.
- Experience developing for PC and consoles.
- Experience with multithreaded programming.
- Strong system architecture skills.
- Ability to debug and optimize code.
- Collaborative mindset with clear communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience with custom game engine development.

- Developing and maintaining core technology systems built on Unreal Engine.
- Proposing and implementing solutions to meet technical demands of performance and scale of a large open world game.
- Cooperating with Epic to share ideas and advance technology.
- Creating technology to deliver memorable player experiences.
- Collaborating across all disciplines to ensure outcomes meet stakeholders' needs.
- Creating tools and data pipelines to manage large worlds with minimal performance impact.
- Proactively maintaining clear communication and building close relationships with power users of systems.
