Graduate Programme 2027: Data Scientist and Analyst

The Graduate Programme is a 12-month training and work experience initiative aimed at ambitious graduates to launch their careers in fintech.

• Predicted or achieved 2:1 (or equivalent) degree in computer science, maths, physics, or related field
• Graduation year 2025, 2026, or 2027
• Proficient in Python and SQL
• Solid foundation in maths and statistics
• Interest in analytics engineering, product analytics, data science, or ML engineering
• Great problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
• Full-time availability starting early or late 2027
• Ability to attend a Revolut office in the country of employment at least 3 days per week (hybrid role)

• Participate in a hands-on bootcamp and work on real projects across multiple teams
• Build analytical tools and machine learning models such as dashboards and ETLs to support product launches
• Improve visibility in user sign-up flows and operational funnels
• Enhance and maintain data infrastructure including ETLs and LookML to keep data accessible and reliable
• Collaborate with teams across Operations, Growth, and Product to refine features and uncover insights
• Support decision-making with ad-hoc analysis such as interest rate sensitivity, incentive profitability, and conversion rates
• Learn from industry leaders and stay aligned with team priorities through weekly meetings
• Manage tasks, track progress, and communicate key outcomes
• Share updates with global teams
• Receive regular feedback to guide development

Role is hybrid requiring physical presence approximately 3 days per week in office. Graduate candidates must graduate between 2025-2027.
