FinCrime Analyst (External Dispute Resolutions)

Revolut is a financial technology company serving over 75 million customers worldwide with products including spending, saving, investing, and exchanging. The Financial Crime Operations team focuses on preventing financial crime and ensuring customer safety through investigative work and dispute resolution.

• Bachelor's degree with certificate
• Minimum 3 years in financial crime investigations or 1+ year in fraud-related experience
• Expertise in regulated complaints/disputes and fraud legislation
• Fluency in English (C1+ level)
• Experience with investigative methodologies and analytical tools (e.g., spreadsheets, pivots, network charts)
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage workload independently
• Adaptability to fast-cycle feedback
• Solid strategic thinking for refunds and negotiations
• Good writing skills

Nice to have:

• Degree in law or STEM subject
• Professional certification (e.g., ICA or ACAMS)
• Experience with Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS)
• Fluency in additional languages

• Managing fraud grievances involving external dispute resolution bodies
• Representing Revolut in external dispute resolution platforms
• Identifying, analysing, resolving, and improving fraud dispute handling processes
• Conducting root-cause analysis of previous case outcomes to find continuous improvement opportunities
• Supporting the development of internal procedures
• Maintaining a central archive of data with accuracy and accessibility
• Promoting a culture prioritizing fair treatment of customers
• Taking ownership of problems, policies, and procedures end-to-end
• Testing and strengthening current quality controls
• Collaborating closely with other departments during case investigations
