Graduate Sales Executive (Hungarian Market)

• Excellent communication and phone articulation skills

• Previous internship or experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment involving strategic thinking, analytical tasks, or client-facing work

• Outreaching prospects via multiple channels, emphasizing cold-calling
• Developing and executing a lead-sourcing strategy by identifying key verticals and diversifying prospects
• Building and managing a pipeline from prospecting to closing and account management, maximizing adoption and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Liaising customer relationships with internal stakeholders for smooth onboarding and daily usage
• Managing time autonomously between prospecting, closing, and upselling, activating internal resources and engaging the team
• Using solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate the value proposition
• Becoming a product expert on Revolut Business, its market positioning, and offered solutions
