Quality Analyst (FinCrime Investigations)

• Bachelor's degree with certificate
• Minimum 3 years' experience in financial crime investigations within regulated, risk-focused, or compliance environments
• Fluency in English (C1+ level)
• Strong understanding of financial crime typologies including money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing, and sanctions evasion
• Experience analyzing trends, patterns, and anomalies in complex cases or datasets
• Ability to critically interpret and verify information to support investigations
• Proficiency in using data-driven investigative tools, dashboards, and case management systems
• Proven collaboration skills across Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Risk teams
• Experience reviewing investigative decisions and making recommendations for continuous improvement
• Exposure to financial crime reporting obligations and jurisdiction-specific regulatory requirements

Nice to have:

• Degree or equivalent in law or STEM subject
• Industry-recognized certification such as ICA or ACAMS
• Fluency in additional languages

• Quality-check compliance team members' work to identify successes and failures in case outcomes
• Provide feedback based on data-driven insights and root-cause analysis
• Learn and apply compliance department procedures and report procedural issues
• Coach new team members and collaborate with teams across different locations
