Game Releases Specialist

• Excellent communication skills in English (at least C1) for interaction with publishers and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities in a dynamic release calendar.
• Sense of urgency, ownership, and strong interpersonal skills balancing diplomacy and assertiveness.
• Curiosity, innovation spirit, attention to detail, and market/business orientation.
• Sales, marketing, or customer relations experience is a plus.
• Passion for PC games and the gaming industry.
• Basic HTML skills.
• Familiarity with Jira, Google Workplace, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with scripting, Jira automations, or AI is a huge plus.
• General knowledge of hardware and software related to gaming.

• Assure a high quality and timely release for each game.
• Coordinate releases and projects with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare game pages, including descriptions, graphics, and metadata.
• Supervise contributions from marketing, legal, financial, and technical teams for each release.
• Maintain games before and after launch, handling catalog and publisher requests.
• Participate in company-wide projects providing expertise related to the team's work.
• Search for innovations and ideas to improve daily work and enhance experiences for gamers and publishers.
