Tester Manualny / Manual QA Engineer (K/M)

Mennica Polska S.A. is a leader in Poland in implementing, maintaining, and developing City Card systems. The company manages over two million cards nationwide used primarily for public transport tickets. It focuses on urban services markets, especially public transport. Since 2001, Mennica Polska S.A. actively develops electronic money services and operates its own Software House within the Electronic Payments Division, enabling development and deployment of unique functionalities independently from external software providers.

• Experience in manual testing of web services and applications
• Experience testing business web applications
• Experience conducting functional, regression, and visual layer testing
• Practical skills in API testing
• Practical knowledge of Postman, Jira, and Confluence
• Ability to work with JSON format
• Ability to prepare test data
• Ability to design test cases and complete test scenarios
• Ability to analyze requirements for testability
• Precision, independence, and analytical problem-solving approach
• Ability to work effectively in a team

Nice to have:

• ISTQB Foundation Level certificate

• Develop test scenarios and cases based on business and functional requirements
• Conduct manual testing of web applications including frontend and API layers
• Perform functional and regression tests
• Test layout and visual/graphic aspects of applications
• Verify that delivered functionalities meet business requirements
• Prepare test data including working with JSON format
• Document test progress and results
• Report, analyze, and manage defects using Jira
• Collaborate with analysts and development teams to diagnose and resolve issues
• Maintain and enhance existing test scenarios and cases
• Execute regression testing before production deployments
