Wymagania
- Experience in preparing and settling projects funded by public and EU funds.
- Very good knowledge of budget construction, substantive descriptions, indicators, and schedules.
- Ability to search and evaluate competitions/grants and prepare sponsorship offers.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and efficiency in working with application generators.
- Developed communication and negotiation competencies, and ability to work in a team.
- Independence, accuracy, punctuality, and very good work organization.
- Higher education (preferred: cultural management, economics/finance, administration, or related fields).
- Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level in speaking and writing.
Obowiązki
- Preparing and writing funding applications for soft, cultural, artistic, and investment projects from local, national, and EU sources.
- Searching and monitoring financing sources including grants, ministerial and local government programs, EU funds, foundations, private patronage, and sponsorship.
- Developing budgets, schedules, indicators, results, and compiling necessary attachments.
- Coordinating the application process including consultations with substantive teams, data collection, and submitting applications.
- Conducting fundraising activities such as preparing sponsorship offers, identifying and contacting partners, negotiating, and post-sale account management.
- Supervising project implementation and settlements including substantive reporting, monitoring indicators, and communication with program operators.
- Collaborating with Opera departments like accounting, promotion, and legal to ensure expenditure compliance, markings, and reporting.
- Building and maintaining a database of grantors and sponsors and preparing internal and external reports and status summaries.
