Platform Architect - Developer Experience & AI SDLC

LUX MED Sp. z o.o. is an IT division with nearly 700 specialists supporting healthcare IT solutions that assist doctors, patients, and clients. The IT team works with agile techniques and focuses on innovative technologies and automated processes to support business service development.

• Minimum 6 years experience as a Software Engineer, Platform Engineer, or Architect.
• Experience building developer platforms (Developer Experience / Internal Developer Platform).
• Experience working with Backstage or similar solutions.
• Strong knowledge of architectural patterns and developer blueprints.
• Experience defining standards and governance for SDLC.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Argo CD) and quality gates.
• Experience with AWS or GCP cloud services, IAM, and integrations.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization.
• Knowledge of observability and log standardization.
• Experience or interest in AI in SDLC (LLM, Bedrock, Vertex AI).
• Ability to build roadmap, backlog, and vision for platform development.
• Strong platform and product thinking (platform as a product).

• Defining strategy and roadmap for Developer Experience and SDLC.
• Managing the backlog of the developer platform (Backstage, CI/CD, AI tooling).
• Building and developing the developer portal (Backstage) including service catalog, golden paths, and self-service.
• Defining and enforcing development standards and blueprints (architecture patterns, reference implementations).
• Standardizing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Argo CD) with quality gates and governance.
• Defining quality gates covering code quality, testing, security, and compliance.
• Implementing AI-assisted SDLC integrating with tools like Bedrock, Vertex AI, Copilot, and development automation.
• Standardizing operational data (logs, metrics, traces) as a foundation for AI.
• Building self-service mechanisms for teams (deployment, provisioning, platform features).
• Designing security by design approaches.
• Reducing development process complexity to shorten time to market.
• Collaborating with product teams and leadership on engineering standards.
