Lead Program Manager – Agentic AI Telecom Platform

Upvanta is hiring a Lead Program Manager to design, implement, and operationalize a large-scale Agentic AI platform for telecommunications networks integrating AI, automation, telecom, data, and cloud technologies. The role focuses on intelligent and autonomous network operations across RAN, Core, Transport, Service Assurance, Network Planning, and Operations areas.

• Minimum 15 years' experience in telecom transformation, network automation, or managing large technology programs.
• Proven delivery of at least 2 large programs involving AIOps, Autonomous Network Operations, AI/ML telecom platforms, or OSS modernization.
• Strong knowledge of 4G/5G RAN, 5G Core, Transport Networks, OSS/BSS, and cloud-native platforms.
• Practical experience with AI technologies especially Agentic AI, MCP, AI orchestration frameworks, RAG, LLMOps, and MLOps.
• Experience managing programs valued over 20 million EUR.
• Excellent management, governance, communication skills, and collaboration with executive leadership.
• Experience working in complex multi-vendor and international environments.

• Manage the program comprehensively including budget, schedule, governance, risks, and stakeholder relations.
• Develop and execute strategies and roadmaps for Agentic AI, Digital Twin, AIOps, and Autonomous Network Operations.
• Coordinate product, architecture, engineering, Data Science, MLOps, and telecom domain teams.
• Oversee platform integration with OSS/BSS, NMS, Data Lakes, CMDB, observability platforms, and vendor ecosystems.
• Manage multi-vendor environments including Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, Cisco, Juniper, Ciena, and cloud service providers.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to network automation, failure reduction, MTTR, SLA attainment, and operational efficiency.
• Establish AI Governance policies, explainability, model risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and conduct steering committees.
• Ensure smooth transition from platform deployment to operational use and continuous solution enhancement.

Work location: Saudi Arabia, onsite (office presence required).
