Test Manager

YourITeams is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead and coordinate testing activities for client engagements involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure DevOps.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in delivery management or equivalent roles.
• Excellent understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies; comfortable with agile and waterfall.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks such as PMI PMBOK® and Agile practices.
• Proven track record delivering projects in international, distributed environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure DevOps.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience leading large-scale, multi-platform testing from strategy to execution is desirable.

• Develop and maintain QA strategies aligned with project goals and client expectations.
• Design, monitor, and govern the development and testing lifecycle across multiple releases.
• Define quality gates and KPIs; measure and report on quality status.
• Ensure process compliance and drive continuous process improvements.
• Maintain traceability between work products and configuration items.
• Coordinate release management activities including scoping releases and managing sign-off.
• Conduct peer reviews and quality audits to validate test artefacts and processes.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, align resources, and resolve conflicting priorities.
• Lead diverse and remote teams, establishing effective client relationships.
• Respond quickly to change and maintain delivery momentum.
• Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities with clients.
