IT Project Manager (full remote)

They provide solutions addressing actual business needs and operate with a 100% remote work model, emphasizing responsibility, open communication, and teamwork support.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• Experience coordinating complex technology projects
• Proficiency in English at C1 level
• Effective organization of own and team work
• Practical experience translating business requirements into project tasks
• Experience preparing and maintaining project documentation (wiki)
• Commitment to effective communication in team and client negotiations
• Required use of AI tools to accelerate and optimize work

Nice to have:

• Experience with IoT projects
• Awareness of latest project management trends
• Willingness to develop and acquire new skills
• Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Google Sheets, and Codex; knowledge of Notion is a plus

• Managing work and communication between the team and clients in IT projects
• Monitoring and documenting work progress, including preparing reports, summaries, and task breakdowns
• Organizing and conducting project team meetings
• Planning and budgeting project expenses
• Maintaining and developing client relationships
