1st Line Analyst with English

• Fluent English (B2/C1) proficiency
• Minimum 0.5 years of experience in IT customer service
• Ability to ask the right questions to identify the core of issues
• Outstanding communication skills and customer-focused mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Flexibility and comfort with working different shifts due to 24/7 support

Nice to have:

• Availability to start on September 7 (mandatory start date)

• Perform technical support activities during phone interactions with customers
• Document and report completed work to ensure compliance with company and customer procedures and quality standards
• Communicate with international customers via telephone, email, and chat
• Participate in trainings and talent programs
• Use and improve English language skills daily
• Work with a flexible schedule in a remote, safe, and friendly atmosphere
