Wymagania
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on business process design (not purely systems/technical analysis)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and process design
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables with minimal process-team support
Obowiązki
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, pain points, and objectives
- Design and document business processes including process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures
- Partner with product and project teams to align process design with system and product capability
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with business and process/product colleagues to gather requirements and validate process designs
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, simplification, and standardisation
- Clearly communicate process designs, findings, and recommendations to both business and technical audiences
- Support the transition and embedding of new or revised processes into business-as-usual operations
- Constant support of dedicated consultant
