IT Delivery Manager (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in two areas: developing systems commissioned by clients, mainly in financial, banking, fin-tech, and e-commerce sectors, often building new functionalities from scratch; and supporting clients in recruiting specialists through body leasing. They have experience in large, complex projects with millions of daily users and mostly operate long-term and remotely with occasional integration meetings.

• Experience in IT consulting, delivery management, or a technical-business role
• Good understanding of backend system architecture and software development processes
• Knowledge of modern backend technologies, APIs, system integrations, databases, and cloud environments
• Ability to handle technical topics without being an active developer
• Comfortable cooperating directly with clients, including holding meetings and workshops
• Ability to translate business needs into technological solutions
• Experience in leading projects/delivery and coordinating technical teams
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• English language proficiency allowing fluent client communication

• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Conduct conversations regarding clients' business and technology needs
• Participate in Scrum team processes
• Coordinate project delivery and technical team work
• Conduct meetings and workshops directly with clients
