GenAI Engineer

IIG is a team of experts working on various projects with institutions such as the Ministry of Finance, Polish Volleyball Federation, Central IT Center, National Cloud Operator, and Ministry of Justice.

• Experience in building and maintaining backend services, including APIs, asynchronous solutions, and tests
• Practical experience in developing and deploying LLM-based functionalities to production
• Experience in building AI agents and process orchestration; knowledge of LangGraph is a plus
• Practical experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Experience in debugging and monitoring LLM systems in production, including tracing, quality evaluation, cost, and latency control
• Experience working with cloud services, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge of Python and FastAPI
• Knowledge of technologies such as Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, FAISS, PostgreSQL, Langfuse, and Azure App Insights
• Knowledge of Docker / Podman
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to make technical decisions
• English language proficiency at B2+ level for fluent communication

• Designing and developing LLM-based functionalities, including AI agents and orchestration processes using LangGraph
• Creating and developing RAG solutions, optimizing search and context delivery to models
• Building backend services with Python, FastAPI and integrating models such as Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude
• Creating evaluation mechanisms, regression tests, monitoring and tracing LLM systems using tools like Langfuse
• Optimizing quality, performance, latency, and cost of AI solutions; debugging systems in production
