Senior Technical Architect

• Senior/Principal architect experience in digital agencies or consultancies.
• Skilled in leading development teams, client workshops, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Deep hands-on expertise with AWS and serverless architecture including resilient enterprise application design.
• Strong understanding of building agentic AI platforms on AWS (e.g., Bedrock, orchestrations, RAG, MCP) and emerging Agentic Commerce standards (ACP, AP2, A2A).
• Software development background, ideally with TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience in robust API design, documentation, and versioning.
• Proficient in DevOps practices with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation), CI/CD pipelines, and testing automation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to translate complex technical concepts for senior stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Associate certification.
• AWS specialty certifications (Security, Data/ML).
• Familiarity with C4 model, diagrams-as-code, headless architectures, and enterprise application of LLMs.

Technical Leadership & Governance:

• Act as senior authority on complex AWS serverless cloud architectures.
• Establish technical governance, design standards, manage risk, NFRs, and technical debt.

Agentic AI & Commerce Innovation:

• Design AWS-based agentic AI platforms including orchestration, RAG, memory, guardrails, and MCP.
• Establish reusable patterns and advise clients on Agentic Commerce standards (ACP, AP2, A2A, secure payment models).

Client Engagement & Account Growth:

• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate technical discovery workshops.
• Identify, shape, and pitch technical solutions to drive growth.

Hands-on Engineering & Delivery:

• Provide technical ownership through solution validation, code reviews, and API/integration design.
• Champion a quality-first mindset leveraging Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), CI/CD, and automation.

Capability Building:

• Mentor engineers and architects.
• Share knowledge on emerging technologies.
• Raise the technical quality bar across the account and practice.

This is a full-time position located in Poland; the selection process and application should be conducted in English.
