IT Business Analyst

Cyclad works with top international IT companies to deliver innovative digital solutions. The position involves supporting used vehicle remarketing activities by bridging business and technology teams.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or digital product environment
• Strong requirements gathering, business process modelling, and functional analysis skills
• Experience working within Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and collaboration tools such as Confluence
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
• Experience with data analysis and digital product delivery
• Ability to work effectively in international, cross-functional teams
• Very good English skills

• Leading requirements gathering workshops and conducting business and functional analysis
• Documenting business processes, creating functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
• Working closely with Product Owners to support backlog management and prioritisation
• Collaborating with development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and strategic objectives
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validating delivered functionality
• Providing guidance to stakeholders and end users, supporting change management initiatives, assisting with user training, and contributing to the continuous improvement of business processes and digital platforms
