D365 Technical Manager - Solution Architect (Paris)

Haddad Brands Europe is hiring a Technical Manager / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to define and oversee the architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring technical consistency, integration with third-party systems (SFO and Manhattan), ISV governance, and licensing optimization. The role involves leadership of development teams and collaboration with IT management, business departments, and technical developers.

• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement and/or Finance & Operations)
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse
• Experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management)
• Proven experience designing complex application architectures
• Knowledge of Supply Chain, Order Management, CRM, ERP
• Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and IT leadership
• Strong technical leadership abilities to influence and align teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1) and French (B1)
• Rigorous approach to governance and architecture standards
• Sound technical decision-making and prioritization skills
• Strong analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach

Solution Architecture & Design:

• Define the overall architecture of Microsoft Dynamics D365 solutions
• Design robust, scalable, and secure solution architectures
• Produce and maintain architecture documentation
• Ensure consistency across functional and technical domains

Application integration & Interfaces (SFO/Manhattan):

• Design and oversee system integrations and interfaces
• Ensure reliability, performance, and traceability of inter-system data exchanges
• Oversee APIs and middleware components
• Ensure functional and technical consistency across integrated solutions

ISV solution Governance:

• Lead integration of ISV solutions within the D365 landscape
• Manage risks related to ISV dependencies including support, upgrades, and performance
• Coordinate relationships with ISV vendors and partners

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Licensing Management:

• Define and optimize the Dynamics 365 licensing strategy
• Ensure compliance between system usage and purchased licenses
• Identify licensing optimization opportunities
• Monitor changes to Microsoft's licensing model and assess impact

Technical Leadership & Delivery:

• Lead development teams and technical consultants
• Define development and architecture standards
• Oversee technical decisions and conduct code reviews
• Ensure quality, performance, and security of delivered solutions
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and according to commitments
• Advise business stakeholders on architecture and technical solutions

Governance, standards & innovation:

• Define and promote best practices in architecture, DevOps, and security
• Establish and maintain technical documentation standards
• Monitor technology trends related to Microsoft, Power Platform, Copilot, and ISV solutions
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, security policies, and internal standards

Recruitment process includes initial meeting in Polish and a second technical interview within two weeks; brief English conversation possible to assess skills. Candidate ideally should relocate to Paris; some hybrid work mode possible. Data controller information provided as per GDPR.
