AI & Digital Innovation Specialist (Partly in Paris)

Haddad Brands Europe is seeking an AI & Digital Innovation Specialist to accelerate AI adoption across business functions including Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Product Development, Retail, Customer Service, and IT. The role involves leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Claude, and other Generative AI technologies alongside automation platforms to transform business processes and enhance productivity.

• Over 3 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Automation, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, Claude, or similar AI platforms.
• Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Willingness to be hands-on when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Data & Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, modern data architectures.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview for data governance and compliance.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).
• Experience with Python, SQL, APIs, and cloud technologies.
• Understanding of ERP, Supply Chain, Retail environments.
• Experience leading AI adoption or change management initiatives.

AI Strategy & Innovation:

• Identify, assess, and prioritize AI use cases across business functions.
• Develop AI roadmap aligned with business objectives and digital transformation.
• Monitor emerging AI technologies for innovation opportunities.

Solution Design & Implementation:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, LLMs, and Power Platform.
• Build intelligent assistants, copilots, automation workflows, and analytics solutions.
• Integrate AI with existing business applications like D365, Salesforce, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams.

Business Partnership:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI use cases.
• Facilitate workshops to identify productivity improvement opportunities.
• Define KPIs and measure business value from AI initiatives.

Governance & Compliance:

• Ensure AI solutions comply with security, governance, data privacy, and Responsible AI principles.
• Contribute to AI governance frameworks and best practices.
• Work with IT, Security, and Data teams to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.

Adoption & Change Management:

• Promote AI adoption via communication, training, coaching, and documentation.
• Act as AI evangelist and trusted advisor to business users.
• Support users in maximizing AI solution value and continuous improvement.

The hiring process includes an initial meeting in Polish, followed by a technical interview within two weeks. A brief English conversation may be conducted to assess skills.
