Mobile Product Manager / Product Owner

Flying Bisons is a leading Strategic Design & Digital Consulting company based in Warsaw, with projects across Europe and the Middle East. Their projects include national workforce platforms, education ecosystems, major banks, global telecoms, and international brands. They focus on enterprise platforms, government services, and corporate ecosystems used by millions of people.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar digital product role.
• Proven experience in managing and developing mobile applications.
• Experience with multiple stages of mobile product lifecycle, including development, launch, and growth.
• Strong understanding of mobile user journeys, usability, engagement, retention, conversion, and product analytics.
• Experience working closely with UX/UI designers and mobile development teams.
• Experience in food, foodtech, HoReCa, retail, delivery, or similar consumer-facing industries.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data and business context in product decisions.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into concrete product actions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Confidence in working directly with senior business stakeholders or owners.
• Ability to quickly understand a new business domain and build domain knowledge.
• Independence, ownership, strong self-organization, and proactive approach.
• Very good Polish and good English.
• Availability for regular onsite cooperation in Warsaw.
• Openness to transition to a long-term role within the client's organization after approximately 12 months.

Nice to have:

• Experience developing consumer-facing mobile products with frequent user interaction.
• Experience taking a mobile app from development through launch and growth.
• Experience with mobile product analytics, funnels, retention, engagement, or experimentation.
• Experience in agency, consultancy, software house, or embedded product teams.
• Experience working in founder-led or family-owned organizations.

• Taking an active product role in building and launching a mobile application.
• Building a deep understanding of the client's business, industry, users, and operational context.
• Translating business and user needs into clear product requirements, priorities, and decisions.
• Cooperating closely with UX/UI designers, mobile developers, analytics, and other specialists involved in the product.
• Coordinating product topics between the client and the delivery team.
• Working directly with key stakeholders and the business owner.
• Defining and prioritizing features, user journeys, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Using product data, business insights, and user feedback to support product decisions.
• Identifying dependencies, risks, and open questions that may affect product development.
• Supporting the product launch and its further development based on real user and business needs.
• Gradually taking increasing ownership of the mobile product and its business context.
• Preparing for long-term ownership and development of the application within the client's organization.
