The HQ Technical Support Team works to deliver optimized, user-friendly internal panels and tools for global business teams.

• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken) for precise communication
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to design logical flows and system requirements independently
• High level of independence, proactivity, and assertiveness to maintain system consistency
• Ability to collaborate effectively with UX and technical teams

• Shape the evolution and functional logic of internal panels and systems
• Analyze current tools, interfaces, and data trends to identify needs and bottlenecks
• Translate business requests into clear technical specifications
• Evaluate feature suggestions from international colleagues based on business value and feasibility
• Validate system functionalities and interface changes before rollout
• Collaborate with product development, UX researchers, and IT teams
• Act as the business representative ensuring interface consistency and adherence to standards
• Utilize data analytics tools to monitor application usage and propose optimizations
