Founded in 2012, it operates in over 90 markets, focusing on first-party advertising and innovation. The HQ Technical Support Team develops internal panels and tools used globally by business teams.

• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken) for precise communication and global collaboration.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to design logical flows or system requirements independently.
• High level of independence, proactivity, and assertiveness to maintain system consistency while collaborating with UX and technical teams.

• Shape the evolution and functional logic of internal panels and systems used by global business teams.
• Analyze current tools, interfaces, and data trends to identify development needs, friction points, and bottlenecks.
• Translate internal business requests into structured technical specifications for development teams.
• Evaluate feature suggestions from international colleagues assessing business value, usability, and feasibility.
• Validate new functionalities and interface changes from a user perspective before global rollout.
• Collaborate with HQ product development, UX researchers, and IT teams to implement user needs.
• Act as business representative for internal users, ensuring interface consistency and assessing requests against corporate standards.
• Utilize data analytics tools to monitor application usage and propose optimizations proactively.
