Wymagania
- Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in payments or transaction banking.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international payment processes.
- Practical experience with ISO 20022 and SWIFT MT/MX standards.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and reporting in payments.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Experience with API integrations, H2H, and file exchange solutions.
- Very good communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English for working in an international environment.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of payment recalls, returns, and exception management processes.
Obowiązki
- Analyze end-to-end payment processes and flows.
- Define business requirements for payment initiation, authorization, status tracking, refunds, and claims.
- Document business processes, requirements, and payment workflows.
- Analyze and document scenarios based on API, Host-to-Host (H2H), and file integrations.
- Support communication standards ISO 20022 and SWIFT MT/MX.
- Prepare business rules, exception handling scenarios, processes, and requirements ready for implementation and testing.
- Collaborate with delivery teams on payment solution implementations.
