Product Designer

RTB House is a next-generation performance demand-side platform (DSP) that uses proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to help brands grow. Founded in 2012 and operating in 90+ markets, it offers end-to-end Deep Learning-powered AdTech products and solutions for global clients.

• 4+ years of overall design experience, with at least 2 years inside a product team.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem decomposition skills.
• Experience with qualitative/quantitative data and analytics tools, including AI.
• Proven UX research skills: usability tests, interviews, surveys, and analysis.
• Understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals for communication with frontend developers.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2).
• High independence, ownership, problem-solving mindset, and strong work organization.
• Aesthetic sensitivity, attention to detail, and commitment to visual consistency.
• Solid proficiency in using AI tools in design workflow.
• Portfolio demonstrating solid end-to-end product design experience.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the AdTech domain.
• Experience designing complex B2B platforms, CMS, or CRM tools.
• Advanced mastery of AI tools for design and process automation.

• Design end-to-end features for RTB House panels (desktop-first) from problem discovery to design QA.
• Implement product improvements based on audits, data analysis, and usability research.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, and designers for refinements and handoffs.
• Work within and expand the Design System in Figma using components, tokens, and auto-layouts.
• Conduct UX research including user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Optimize workflow and user interactions using modern AI tools.
• Design under technical, business, and real-world system constraints.
