Remote WebCon BPS Developer

Fully remote role with a company operating for 25+ years in Poland representing the largest American children's apparel company since the 1940s. The position focuses on Document Management Systems (DMS) architecture and development, specializing in WEBCON workflows.

• At least 2-3 years of IT experience focusing on document management systems.
• Extensive experience with DMS platforms such as WEBCON, SharePoint, Documentum, OpenText, or Alfresco.
• Knowledge of MS SQL and database management, including schema design and optimization.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Power Automate; knowledge of UiPath is a plus.
• Experience in programming or scripting languages such as Java, C#, or Python is a plus.
• Understanding of integration techniques using APIs, Web Services, RESTful, and SOAP.
• Knowledge of document management standards like XML, PDF/A, and OCR.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and team collaboration abilities.
• Proactivity and critical thinking.

• Develop and implement WEBCON workflows.
• Design scalable and robust DMS architectures integrating with ERP and CRM systems.
• Create analytical and technical documentation, including process diagrams and flowcharts.
• Analyze and optimize document workflows and lifecycle management.
• Potentially lead DMS projects from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders and IT teams.
