Wymagania
- Experience with the Scrum framework
- Proficiency in using Jira for task tracking and project management
- Familiarity with Confluence for documentation and collaboration
- Junior level experience or equivalent knowledge in agile methodologies
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Obowiązki
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Support the team in managing tasks and workflow using Jira and Confluence
- Help identify and remove impediments blocking the team’s progress
- Assist in tracking sprint progress and reporting to stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure agile practices are followed
