Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced, high-caliber Senior Business Analyst to support critical, enterprise-level initiatives for a major European Union agency based in Warsaw. This role involves bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving business process modeling, requirements elicitation, system integration analysis, and organizational change management across complex domains such as HR, finance, asset management, and grant agreements.

• Minimum 8 years of IT work experience, including 5 years as a Business Analyst.
• At least 3 years as a Business Analyst for a large system with a development team exceeding 10 developers.
• Experience completing at least one full software solution lifecycle.
• At least 2 certifications among Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent, Certified UML Professional foundation level, BPM 2 fundamental level, or internationally recognized equivalents.
• Solid experience in business analysis for enterprise information systems supporting human resource, asset management, financial processes, and grant agreements management.
• Experience with business analysis in projects involving system integrations and data platforms.
• Knowledge of business process modeling using BPMN notation and requirements/user stories elicitation and analysis.
• Knowledge of analysis/modeling notations like UML (capability diagram, activity diagram, state diagram, logical data model).
• Proficiency with modeling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect, or others.
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation effectively.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• English language proficiency at C1 level (certificate welcome).

• Elicit, analyze, and document business needs, user stories, and requirements specifications.
• Model business processes, capabilities, roles, and data structures using BPMN and UML notations.
• Support business experts and Product Owners throughout the complete software development lifecycle.
• Analyze existing systems, evaluate integration options, and support business cases and feasibility studies.
• Design, validate, and quantitatively analyze processes (cost-benefit and what-if analyses) for continuous improvement.
• Support organizational change management, staff coaching, performance monitoring, and transition roadmaps.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody.
