Application Administrator - Payment Systems

AppOps / Application Administrator role within an international, mission-critical payment systems environment. The position involves participating in a large Data Center Migration program, working on applications responsible for card acquiring, issuing, and transaction authorization, where stability, availability, and performance directly impact business.

• Experience in Application Administration / AppOps / Application Support / Production Support
• Knowledge of PL/SQL, T-SQL, PowerShell, Bash, Shell, Perl, Python
• Experience in application or Data Center migration
• Troubleshooting production environments
• Monitoring and performance management
• Knowledge of networking, load balancing, TLS, and High Availability
• Experience with transaction systems or high availability environments
• Proficiency with Confluence
• Very good communication skills in Polish (C2) and English (B2)

Nice to have:

• Experience in payment processing, acquiring, or card issuing systems

• Administer, configure, and maintain application environments
• Support applications handling card issuing and acquiring
• Participate in Data Center migration of applications
• Monitor availability, performance, and resilience of environments
• Diagnose and resolve production incidents and problems
• Verify, test, and deploy changes to production environments
• Participate in build, configuration, testing, and migration activities
• Collaborate with Application & Middleware Teams, Project Managers, and international SMEs
• Identify and remove technical blockers during migration
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation in Confluence

The project is 100% on-site, requiring presence 5 days a week in Warsaw, Al. Jerozolimskie.
