• Minimum 8 years of experience in application development
• At least 3 years in a technical lead role or making key technical decisions
• Strong knowledge of Java and the Spring ecosystem
• Practical experience designing REST APIs, microservices, and scalable backend solutions
• Proficient frontend development skills in React.js and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Good understanding of cloud-native architecture
• Ability to combine development with solution design, code review, mentoring, and maintaining technical standards
• Experience using AI/LLM in software development
• Comfortable communicating in English

• Design and develop scalable fullstack applications using Java/Spring and React/TypeScript

• Conduct code reviews and maintain code quality, security, performance, and maintainability
• Mentor developers and support the team in solving complex technical issues
