Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business / System Analyst in IT (Agile) projects.
- Proficient in documenting analytical specifications.
- Skilled in process mapping using UML (use case, activity, sequence) and BPMN.
- Experience working with development, QA teams, and architects.
- Ability to run client workshops and prioritize requirements.
- Fluent English communication skills (C1).
Nice to have:
- Experience in financial, accounting, or RegTech projects.
- Knowledge of AML, KYC, or compliance processes.
- Experience working on complex SaaS products or multi-application systems.
- Previous projects for Scandinavian clients.
- Comfort with technical discussions regarding APIs, integration, databases, and application architecture.
Obowiązki
- Collect requirements directly from clients and document specifications.
- Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes and propose improvements.
- Create User Stories and Acceptance Criteria for the development team.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and architects during refinement and development.
- Conduct workshops with clients to discuss requirements, scope, and priorities.
- Manage backlog of requirements and control changes during the project.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps in requirements before development.
- Communicate fluently in English with clients.
