Senior Product Manager – SaaS Platform with AI Focus

Magicline is a leading cloud-based gym-management platform powering fitness businesses across Europe and beyond. The position is at Perfect Gym Solutions in Warszawa, focusing on AI-transformed SaaS product management in the fitness industry.

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
• Experience independently owning complex product areas
• Hands-on experience using AI in day-to-day work with curiosity for new methods
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical dependencies
• Comfortable working in fast-changing environments
• English proficiency at minimum C1 level; German is a plus

Nice to have:

• Advanced AI use such as building agents, workflows, or automations
• Experience with ERP, CRM, POS, or similar business software

• Own product area end-to-end from discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration
• Shape roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on customer needs, data, business impact, and technical feasibility
• Work closely with Engineering to resolve complex challenges into valuable solutions
• Lead customer discovery and use insights and KPIs to guide decisions and measure impact
• Use AI actively to improve and accelerate product work
• Lead initiatives across different areas and teams, engaging customers and stakeholders
