AI-First Data Engineer

Perfect Gym Solutions is a Sport Alliance Company building the data platform behind Magicline and Finion, serving thousands of gyms and over 10 million members. The team focuses on AI-first data engineering using cutting-edge LLMs and internal tools to accelerate workflows and build a platform that powers AI and analytics.

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering focused on data warehousing.
• Strong skills in SQL and Python for data work.
• Comfortable using AI tools with critical judgment to validate outputs.
• Solid understanding or eagerness to deepen knowledge of data architecture and modeling principles including dimensional modeling, slowly-changing dimensions, and incremental patterns.
• Hands-on experience with dbt on cloud data warehouses.
• Working knowledge of relational and some non-relational databases such as DynamoDB and MongoDB.
• Proven experience debugging complex data issues and delivering solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with AWS services: Redshift, EMR, Glue, S3, IAM; familiarity with GCP or Azure.
• Experience with streaming/CDC technologies like Kafka, Kinesis, Debezium or data mesh architectures.
• Building data pipelines for ML or AI systems.
• Exposure to financial, payments, or regulated reporting data.
• Knowledge of German language (helpful but not required).

• Build and optimize cloud-native data pipelines on AWS — ETL/ELT and underlying infrastructure including Aurora, Redshift, dbt, Spark/EMR, Airflow, and Change Data Capture (CDC).
• Design and evolve data models powering analytics, operational use cases, and AI/ML.
• Enhance data reliability by embedding governance, testing, and lineage.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to transform ambiguous business problems into robust data solutions.
• Evaluate and adopt new approaches such as data mesh patterns and emerging AI tooling.
• Develop expertise in financial and regulatory reporting workflows (Finion Capital).

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie.
