Full-Stack Developer – TypeScript / React / Node.js

Awareson Sp. z o.o. is hiring a Full-Stack Developer to join an international team working on a global internal platform supporting network planning and infrastructure development. The project focuses on automation, network design, and integration of financial and operational processes.

• Strong experience in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Full-Stack development experience.
• Experience with databases.
• Knowledge of REST APIs.
• Ability to independently analyze problems and own tasks from start to finish.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with Neo4j / graph databases.
• Experience with Redis.
• Knowledge of application architecture and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Docker/Docker Compose.
• Experience with Jenkins/ArgoCD.
• Knowledge of AWS/AWS Bedrock.
• Experience with AI tools like Claude Code.
• Familiarity with Vite / ESBuild.
• Knowledge of Python.
• Experience with OIDC / SSO.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
• Willingness to develop Kubernetes skills; not mandatory at start.

• Develop network planning and network design automation.
• Implement automated workflows.
• Generate Bill of Materials.
• Automate financial processes.
• Integrate with other systems and teams.
• Further develop and transform the existing application.
• Take ownership of tasks from analysis to implementation.

Recruitment process:

• Screening interview (15–30 min) with Hiring Manager.
• Technical interview (~60 min) covering Full Stack, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• No AI tools allowed during technical interview.

No AI tools are allowed during the technical interview, including ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot. The recruitment process consists of 2 online meetings. Data processing information and rights notification as per GDPR and Polish labor law are provided.
