Test Engineer

Manufacturo is a SaaS company providing software for advanced industrial programs including satellites, fusion reactors, next-generation aircraft, and hypersonic vehicles. Their platform supports complex manufacturing operations with greater control, traceability, and speed.

• 2+ years of experience in software testing, QA, or test engineering
• Experience testing web applications, SaaS products, ERP, MES, logistics, manufacturing, or workflow-heavy systems
• Solid understanding of testing principles: exploratory testing, regression testing, and bug reporting
• Good skills in SQL for data verification and investigations
• Practical experience testing REST/HTTP APIs including authentication, payloads, and error scenarios
• Working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript with experience in automated tests
• Ability to plan testing based on requirements, product behavior, business logic, and risks
• Practical use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, or Codex for testing and coding
• Good written and verbal communication in English

Nice to have:

• Experience with Cypress, Playwright, or similar automation frameworks
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar work tracking and bug reporting tools
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated test integration
• Experience with manufacturing, logistics, ERP, MES, warehouse, or shopfloor systems
• Interest in space, aerospace, advanced manufacturing, or complex industrial systems

• Take ownership of testing features and larger product changes from analysis through release
• Understand complex workflows across production, planning, inventory, and shopfloor operations
• Identify quality risks, edge cases, data dependencies, and gaps in expected behavior early
• Work with developers and product owners to clarify requirements, acceptance criteria, and testability
• Use SQL to verify business outcomes and investigate issues
• Test REST/HTTP APIs for payload validation, status codes, error handling, and permissions
• Develop, maintain, and improve automated tests using TypeScript
• Analyze automated test failures to distinguish product issues from test instability
• Report bugs with technical context including logs, screenshots, API payloads, and database observations
• Use AI tools to accelerate test design, automation, debugging, and investigation
