Netsuite Team Lead

• Minimum 5 years of NetSuite implementation experience.
• Proven experience as a NetSuite Solution Architect or Lead Consultant.
• Experience with NetSuite migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite OneWorld.
• Solid understanding of business processes: Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement.
• Experience evaluating out-of-the-box versus customization approaches.
• English language proficiency from Upper-Intermediate+ and above.

Nice to have:

• NetSuite Certified SuiteCloud Developer.
• NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant.
• Experience with manufacturing organizations.
• Experience with international rollouts.
• Experience with separation or carve-out ERP projects.
• Knowledge of CSV, REST, SOAP technologies.

• Lead the migration and optimization of a NetSuite ERP platform.
• Drive system improvements and delivery for the ERP project.
• Manage migration, configuration, and optimization of the NetSuite environment.
• Conduct system integrations, customization assessment, and technical validation.
• Lead ERP discovery and gap analysis.
• Communicate with C-level stakeholders.
