• At least 5 years of experience as a Sinequa Developer or similar position.
• Proven track record in leading technical teams, making architecture decisions, and guiding developers.
• Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Sinequa with exposure to other enterprise search platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Java or Python.
• Working knowledge of search relevance, NLP, RAG, and GenAI.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written, for daily team communication.

Technical leadership:

• Designing Sinequa search architectures, mentoring developers, and steering project delivery.

Platform configuration and architecture:

• Configuring the Sinequa platform, enterprise architecture design, and integrating security and access control mechanisms.

Data integration:

• Connecting data sources via specialized connectors and overseeing content crawling and indexing processes.

Search optimization:

• Optimizing search relevance and result ranking using Natural Language Processing (NLP) and AI techniques.

Development:

• Developing extensions, business logic, and API integrations using Java and Python.

AI applications:

• Implementing and expanding GenAI and RAG-based applications powered by enterprise data.
