SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

We are a leader in technology services for companies in regulated industries with over 24 years of experience. We focus on life sciences, QA, validation, cloud systems, human capital management (HCM), and Salesforce, serving global clients like Oriflame, Sanofi, and Coca-Cola.

• At least 5 years experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant or similar role.
• SAP SuccessFactors LMS certification.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations, including the LMS module.
• Experience conducting client workshops, gathering requirements, and presenting solutions to business stakeholders.
• Minimum English proficiency B2+.

Nice to have:

• Experience with other SuccessFactors modules besides the LMS.
• Experience or willingness to manage a team.

• Implement the SAP SuccessFactors LMS module according to methodology: client workshops, configuration, to production deployment.
• Conduct workshops to gather requirements, document them, and build prototypes to verify scope with clients.
• Configure solutions, support user acceptance testing (UAT), deploy, and release to production.
• Provide consulting on industry-specific needs and LMS system processes.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and consultants, communicate project goals and status.
• Present technical solutions to business stakeholders in understandable terms.
• Transfer SuccessFactors product knowledge to client teams.
