Python Software Engineer

Our team builds internal platforms and analytics tools designed to enhance engineering productivity across the organization. We specialize in creating automated systems that streamline workflows and provide actionable insights through data-driven dashboards. Our team is highly independent and self-sufficient, collaborating closely with various engineering groups. We prioritize transparency, effective communication, and continuous improvement.

• Strong proficiency in Python for backend development (asyncio, aiohttp)
• 5+ years of commercial software development experience
• Hands-on experience with AWS Serverless (Lambda, CDK, RDS, S3, SQS/SNS)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, continuous delivery, and DevOps practices
• Experience in data engineering (scraping, ETL, data pipelines)
• Experience with AI productivity tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on work in distributed teams
• Good written and spoken English

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration, prompt engineering, and internal tooling
• Familiarity with web frontend fundamentals (JavaScript, HTML) to support full-stack requirements

• Develop new features and improve existing ones
• Explore, build and validate POCs
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure the highest quality of solutions
• Design and implement data collectors and ETL processes to integrate with various APIs (REST, GraphQL)
• Build and manage serverless infrastructure using AWS CDK, Lambda, and related services
• Develop and maintain web dashboards for data visualization
• Integrate AI and LLM capabilities into internal tools
