Infrastructure & AI Lead

Meniga is a company delivering software used daily inside real global banks, serving millions of users. The role involves leading a technology organisation scaling to meet growing business needs with a commitment to AI.

• Prior leadership of IT infrastructure or similar operational roles
• Strong understanding of AI technology sufficient to guide a team building AI solutions
• Experience managing people is preferred but not required
• Comfort with security and compliance work including audits or certifications
• AI-native with familiarity using AI tools such as Cursor and Claude Code/Cowork

Nice to have:

• Experience with Python
• Scripting skills
• Background or interest in FinTech

• Lead the team building and rolling out AI services for non-technical teams like HR and Legal
• Own IT infrastructure for the company, including devices and access management
• Manage and grow a small team; hire, set performance standards, and make decisions
• Support security processes and certification efforts and handle security audits
• Partner with Legal, People & Culture, and other functions to understand their needs before building solutions
• Balance building new AI capabilities with maintaining existing infrastructure stability
