Obowiązki
- Monitor and support operational processes powered by AI and automation solutions
- Ensure stability and effectiveness of tools following releases and updates
- Investigate and resolve operational issues
- Deliver demonstrations and presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain project and support tickets in JIRA
- Communicate project updates and manage escalations when required
- Support AI model training and deployment activities
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
